We stayed at the Amara resort and attached is the salt rock kitchen. We got the seared scallops and the tiger shrimp tamal for dinner. My girlfriend said the scallops were some of the best shes ever had and I can say the same for my tiger shrimp dish. Food, drinks, service, atmosphere was all 1010.
